Points

Grove Points can be accrued by eligible participants as part of a Grove incentive program. Participants need to supply USDS into the Grove Points contract to accrue Grove Points. Points are tracked off-chain and are non-transferrable. A fixed number of points will be emitted per period (e.g. per second) and participants accrue points based on their proportional share of total USDS deposited in each period. The first season of the Grove incentive program is scheduled to last 30 days.

Eligible participants can accrue Grove Points by supplying USDS into the Grove Points contract through the designated Grove interface. Once USDS is supplied, Grove Points will begin accruing automatically based on the participant's share of total USDS supplied.

Participation in the Grove Points program is subject to geographic restrictions and other eligibility criteria. The program is not available in certain jurisdictions, including the United States of America and sanctioned jurisdictions. Please refer to the Grove Terms of Use for details. There is currently no minimum USDS required to begin accruing Grove Points.

No, USDS supplied into the contract is not locked and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to network conditions. Participants can withdraw their USDS using the same designated Grove interface used to supply the USDS. Grove Points will stop accruing when USDS is withdrawn. However, participants will keep any previously accrued points.

USDS is a digital asset designed to maintain a stable value relative to the U.S. Dollar. USDS is issued by Sky, an independent third party protocol, and Grove does not control USDS. Eligible participants can supply USDS into the contract to accrue Grove Points as part of the Grove incentive program. Participants remain responsible for understanding the risks associated with the use of USDS.
