Supply USDC/USDS into Grove Savings
Grove Savings is the onchain interface to the Sky Savings Rate, a rate set by Sky governance. Users mint sUSDS, which accrues relative to USDS based on the Sky Savings Rate.

Supply USDS into Grove stUSDS
stUSDS is an advanced staking position from Sky that targets a higher rate by funding SKY-backed borrowing. Grove provides the interface for supplying USDS. The rate moves with borrowing demand within parameters set by Sky governance. In exchange for the higher target rate, supplied capital carries specific exposure to SKY price volatility and to reduced withdrawal liquidity at high utilization. Designed for participants who understand lending and collateral dynamics.

Choose USDC or USDS in the savings modal and supply. If you choose USDC, the app uses PSM Actions to swap and supply into sUSDS in one transaction step after approval.
Yes. You can withdraw your savings any time using the Withdraw tab. You can choose to withdraw USDS or USDC.
The UI reads Sky's onchain savings rate value from the sUSDS contract and derives an APY estimate directly from that rate.
You can supply either USDC or USDS. Both routes end in a sUSDS position.
stUSDS is an advanced staking position from Sky that targets a higher rate by funding SKY-backed borrowing. The higher target rate comes with specific exposure to SKY collateral performance, which sUSDS does not carry. sUSDS is Sky's savings position, available through Grove Savings. Supplying USDS to stUSDS provides the liquidity that lets SKY stakers borrow without unwinding their stake or giving up governance.
Withdrawals depend on the vault's available liquidity. The app shows the current maximum withdrawable amount (maxWithdraw), which may be less than your full stUSDS-denominated balance when utilization is high. The pool is designed to run at high utilization, targeting around 90%, so elevated figures are normal. During those periods some funds can be temporarily unavailable until liquidity returns through new supply or repayments.
Supplied USDS ultimately backs SKY-collateralized borrowing. Participants are exposed to the performance of SKY as collateral. If SKY's price falls sharply and liquidations do not fully cover borrowed amounts, the redeemable USDS value of stUSDS may fall below the amount supplied. stUSDS is structurally isolated from sUSDS, so this exposure stays contained within the stUSDS pool. The collateral exposure is the trade-off for stUSDS's higher target rate versus sUSDS.
The displayed APY is utilization-based. When supplied USDS is borrowed by SKY stakers, it accrues at the SKY Borrow Rate, the interest borrowers pay to Sky. When it is not borrowed, it accrues at the Sky Savings Rate (SSR). Both operate within parameters set by Sky governance, and the blend moves with borrowing demand. The value shown is an estimate of the current annualized rate, not a fixed rate.
